IOLITE provides powerful tools for Salesforce Administrators and Users to help boost productivity and performance. We're very excited about the many tools we have available to our customers. This Wiki contains documentation for all of our products - whether they're in production, or if they're in Alpha or Beta testing. If you see something you'd like to explore more - please contact us. Productivity Suite

Our Productivity Suite has a number of key products built in. Each of them incorporates our approach of making Smart, Elegant solutions that allow our users to engage seamlessly with Salesforce and our tools to make the Salesforce environment much better.

Checklist: Our flagship survey tool which allows you to ask questions, answer them, and then develop Salesforce actions based on the response. Complex survey logic, GeoTagging, Attachments, and native mobile support make this app a go-to for all kinds of data gathering needs.

emfluence: Our connector to emfluence - an industry-leading marketing automation tool. This connector allows users to see emfluence data inside Salesforce, and correspondingly - operate the emfluence platform from inside Salesforce.

OptiMail (Beta): Create a report of addresses that you want to send postal mail to. We'll take the list, run it through the USPS CASS and NCOA processes, and return a cleaned and updated list with all necessary certifications and documentation so that when you send your mailing - you will be granted the best postage rate by the USPS.

Workplanning Tool (Beta): Our Professional Services Automation tool. Create a work plan, assign the tasks to resources, allow the resources to record time and expense information, collect that billable information and generate invoices (recurring and non-recurring), and receive payments. All in one simple tool.

Spreadsheet Muncher (Beta): Our data management tool for Salesforce. This tool allows for emailing or FTP-ing a spreadsheet directly to Salesforce. We will map the data cell by cell into Salesforce (including cross-object mapping) to allow for simple inbound or outbound transmission of data into Salesforce.

DupeTools (Beta): Our de-duplication tool which allows users to specify the rules for duplicate identification, and then prevents online or batch input of data that violates those rules. Sophisticated data audit and data merge features allow for the correction of duplicates - all without taking the data out of Salesforce.

Performance Suite

Our Performance Suite of products includes interesting ways to engage with users to improve their engagement with Salesforce.

Opportunity Poker (Beta): Add a bit of gamification to Salesforce with this free app. As you update your Salesforce Opportunity, you are dealt a card. Upon closed won, you'll have a full hand - which can be submitted for prizes or bragging rights. Contests, sales initiatives, and other sales tools are all supported to add a bit of fun to the sales cycle.

Cloud Hoops (Beta): Add the NCAA tournament to your customer's engagement experience. Community-based NCAA basketball tournament allows you to have your own branding experience inside of Salesforce. Create your own banner ads, and skip putting your customers into the mass market websites for the NCAA tournament engagement. Add your own prizes to make it more fun!
