To Create a Question, Answer and Action for the Checkbox Answer style, follow these steps:

1	Navigate to the Edit Questions screen	Choose Versions from the Options menu; Click on Edit for the Development Version; Open Chapters, Sections and Questions to click on the Pencil Icon (Edit) for Questions; Click Add New.
